You may return most items in their original condition with labels intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on Sale items or on needles and hooks.
The return process is really simple.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and follow the instructions on the screen.
In most cases you will receive a refund within 5 - 10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper however, in some rare cases you can receive your refund in up to 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We usually ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Sometimes we use other carriers.
Typically orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail are processed and ready for shipping within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Once the package has left our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information so you may track the progress of your shipment. Priority Mail is slightly more expensive than Ground/First Class Mail, but ensures faster shipping times if you need an order sooner. Care is taken to make all packages neat and correct.
Ground/First Class packages are usually shipped within 48 hours but may take longer (up to 4 - 10 days). During sale periods this wait time may be longer due to large order volumes.
